Yoga is ONE of my tools, but I go beyond that. I offer a range of non-traditional tools, alternative health and wellness practices, all intended to be both gentle AND effective.

Your health and wellness coach. It’s my mission to inspire you to connect deeply with your body and yourself.

How do I know what works?

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from Indiana University in 1996.

Since then, I have earned personal trainer certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

In 1998, I became a certified yoga teacher. And, more recently, in 2018, I became a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.

I could tell you how I studied and applied techniques to help myself through pregnancy, childbirth, injuries, and aging gracefully...


I grew up the youngest of 10 kids, with 6 brothers. Physical activity was a way of life and being strong was a basic survival skill. Following my knee surgery as a junior in high school, I discovered my passion for rebuilding the body after injury. Since then, I’ve learned so many tips and strategies to help me keep moving and heal my body. I can’t wait to share them with you!

I could tell you I am a movement magician who helps you tap into the powerhouse temple of your body and discover your innate source of wisdom...


All of that is true. I AM kind of ✨ magical 😉 But you don’t have to understand - or even believe in - that magic to benefit from working with me.
