Yoga is ONE of my tools, but I go beyond that. I offer a range of non-traditional tools, alternative health and wellness practices, all intended to be both gentle AND effective.

If you’ve been struggling with pain - and especially if you think that’s the inevitable cost of growing older or having kids - I want you to know that you CAN find joy in moving your body.
There are simple changes you can make now so moving becomes easier -- while reducing or eliminating your pain.
But you wonder if that’s possible, right?
It IS. And it can happen sooner than you’d think.
I make fitness attainable for you by starting simply, with your breath. You’ll take one small step after another, which builds your confidence and self-worth.
This is about MORE than the physical.
We’ll add a mindfulness component. From there, we’ll move into mindset and self-talk.

I grew up the youngest of 10 kids, with 6 brothers. Physical activity was a way of life and being strong was a basic survival skill. Following my knee surgery as a junior in high school, I discovered my passion for rebuilding the body after injury. Since then, I’ve learned so many tips and strategies to help me keep moving and heal my body. I can’t wait to share them with you!
