Yes! All of my 1:1 clients begin with an intake assessment ~ my Movement MagicDesign ~ so I know which types of movement are painful for you and what your goals are. Don’t worry, we’re kicking “No pain, no gain” to the curb! 

Your entire experience is tailored to your needs. My goal is to help you move with grace and ease. I specialize in solutions that relieve your pain to restore your full range of (joyful) motion. 

You must be cleared to exercise by your health care provider and that usually happens at your 6 weeks follow-up visit. I am a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, so you are in good hands. I have helped dozens of women reclaim their bodies after having babies.

That is what I’m here for. I will coach you through the movements. Obviously, that’s easiest to do in person. But I have coached women virtually over Zoom and I’ve learned how to maximize the benefits of that model. 

Watching me demonstrate the movements (and being able to replay those video clips) can be tremendously helpful. When I’m also able to view your movements in real time, I can provide immediate feedback to guide you. 

You’ll learn how to move your body to the best of your abilities.

I’m glad you asked because it’s important to set boundaries. 

Here are mine:

• I’m not a weight loss coach. I mean, you may lose weight as a result of moving more, but our focus is on what you’ll gain - health, energy, flexibility, strength, vitality
• I’m not a nutritionist. I won’t make a dietary plan for you. 
• I’m not a therapist. I’m not licensed to address depression and mental health issues. Please seek treatment for those concerns from the appropriate mental health professional before you work with me.
• If you’re a woman who wants to improve your health AND you’re willing to put in the work to make it happen, I’m here for YOU.
• I’m not here for women who:
• feel they’re not worthy of love (you ARE and I want you to know it, at least a little)
• are on the fence of commitment (none of this “maybe I might sorta, kinda . . .”)
• HATE to exercise (you don’t have to love every exercise we do, but you should be willing to move your body, even if it’s awkward at first)
• won’t serve themselves (I can only help you if you meet me halfway, got it?)

I have options at several price points starting as low as $197. More time and more intensive support cost more than that, of course. But I strive to make my programs accessible.

You won’t need to spend money on fancy or expensive equipment and athletic wear.

The bigger question is:

What will it cost you if you don’t improve your health? 

Injuries are expensive and sick days can lead to lost income. Think about the high medical expenses that go along with poor health and disease. You should also consider the price you’ll pay in terms of your quality of life.
